Enchong Dee was born in November 5, 1988, in Naga City, Camarines Sur. Enhcong is a filipino actor, model, and champion swimmer. He is the younger brother of another Filipino actor model, AJ Dee. Enchong is currently part of ABS-CBN's Star Magic group of talents.

He is 170 cm tall. His stage name is actually a homophone of his birth name. After graduating from Naga Hope Christian School, one of the Filipino - Chinese high schools in Naga City, Camarines Sur, he further pursued his swimming career at De La Salle University-Manila. He speaks Bicol, English and Tagalog.

Dee was one of Cosmopolitan Magazine's 2006 Centerfold Bachelors and was voted "Choice Pop Cover Boy" at the ASAP Pop Viewers Choice Awards 2006 for his appearance in the Magazine
